Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Mod39 will accept returns within 30 days of the date of order confirmation. All return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and in original condition with all original tags attached. Mod39 reserves the right to refuse any return should it not meet the criteria above. Please send all return requests via email to customerservice@shopmod39.com. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. Once the item is received and processed, the refund, minus return shipping, will be issued.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays. Orders that are placed on Fridays after 4:00pm ET, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship the following Monday excluding holidays. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
